ReflectTM - Visibility
According to the IHL Group and RIS, 93 Billion dollars in sales are lost due to out of stocks. Item level RFID gives you better visibility into your inventory. Not only do you see what you have on a real time basis, but you are also able to see what you don’t have. Physical inventory counting is a tedious and laborious task. By using Overheer’s Reflect application, counting is easier, faster and can be done on a more frequent basis. Reflect can capture thousands of items in mere moments. An associate is able to generate meaningful inventory data quickly and efficiently. Once this data is transferred to the head office through the Reflect web server, the retailer gains direct visibility into their inventory. As seen below, all reconciliations are available once the data is posted. Any investigation can be done right away. Items can be replenished quicker and the inventory will be in the right place, on the shelf, so it will be sold. The retailer can now increase sales and improve availability with the new information Reflect has captured.
