Our History
Overheer Systems Inc. was founded in 2008 with the intention of providing an item level RFID system designed specifically for retail apparel and footwear. Based in Montreal, Overheer has created an application using the input of retailers. Montreal’s large base of retail system resources along with a large base of midsized apparel retailers including Reitman’s, La Senza and Aldo, makes for a fertile development, testing, and deployment ground. Using that base we have created a team that understand retailers and understands what it takes to not only create an item level RFID application, but one that retail apparel will want to use because it meets their specific needs.
